Stretch & Balance

(Gentle Movement for Seasoned Adults)

This light movement class is thoughtfully designed to help you move with greater ease, confidence, and awareness. Combining gentle stretching, breathwork, and balance-focused exercises, each session supports the body’s natural mobility while calming the mind.

Through slow, steady movement and mindful alignment, you’ll work to:

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice focused on deep relaxation. Poses are typically held for 5–15 minutes, fully supported by props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps.

Activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)

Reduce stress, anxiety, and muscle tension

Improve sleep and emotional balance

Aid in recovery from injury or burnout

Bolster: For support under the spine, knees, or legs

Gentle Flow & Restore This calming class blends gentle, breath-led movement with deep, restorative rest — offering the perfect balance of motion and stillness. The first half of class focuses on gentle flow sequences to warm the body, release tension, and support mobility through mindful stretching and slow transitions.

The second half invites you to fully unwind with restorative yoga postures supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These long-held, still poses allow the nervous system to settle and encourage deep physical and mental relaxation.

Ideal for all levels, including beginners and those needing a nourishing, low-impact practice to restore balance in body and mind.

Heated Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga practiced in a warm or hot room—typically between 85°F to 100°F (29°C to 38°C). It's a combination of Vinyasa yoga (which links breath with movement through a flowing sequence of poses) and the added intensity of heat, which increases the physical challenge and enhances detoxification through sweat.

Breath + Movement: You move through poses in a smooth, continuous flow coordinated with your breath.

Heat: The room is heated to encourage flexibility, circulation, and deeper detoxification.

Mindfulness: Despite the pace, there’s a strong emphasis on body awareness and presence.

Heated Moonlight Flow Move with the rhythm of the moon in this heated Hatha practice. We’ll flow through a Moon Salutation sequence, allowing the warmth of the room to deepen your stretches and open your body with ease. Class closes with an extra-long meditation and restorative finish — choose legs up the wall (bring cozy socks!) or simply recline on your mat and rest in the stillness.
