Ready to turn your world upside down — safely and confidently? This beginner-friendly Headstand Workshop is designed to break down the foundations of Sirsasana (Headstand), one of yoga’s most empowering and energizing inversions.

In this hands-on session, you'll learn:

  • Proper alignment and head/neck safety

  • How to build the core, shoulder, and wrist strength needed for balance and support

  • Wall-assisted drills and prep poses for progressive learning

  • Breath techniques and mental focus for overcoming fear

  • How to enter, hold, and exit the pose with control

This workshop is perfect for:

  • Students new to inversions

  • Yogis who want to improve their headstand technique
